$PUMP, the native token of Pump.fun, one of the most well-known meme coin platforms in the Solana ecosystem, is back in the spotlight due to high revenue figures and a low valuation multiple.
At this stage, a comprehensive analysis prepared by Blockworks Research analyst Shaunda Devens has evaluated the $PUMP company based on three different market scenarios.
The analyst stated that $PUMP shares are undervalued based on revenue, and predicted that under the three scenarios, their price could rise to $0.0108–$0.0205, or 2.3–4.4 times the current price.
Devens noted that Pump.fun's annual revenue reached $677 million, with a price-to-sales ratio of just 2.8 times. The analyst added that Pump.fun is evolving from a platform solely for launching new tokens to a broader consumer ecosystem where users conduct transactions.
According to analyst data, the platform's cumulative revenue since 2024 has reached $1.37 billion.
Three Different Scenarios for $PUMP!
Analyst Devens presented three different forecasts for $PUMP shares: Bear, Base, and Bull.
The analyst stated that a price-to-sales multiple of 1.5x–2.8x was used in the bear scenario, 3x–5x in the base scenario, and 5x–10x in the bull scenario.
The analyst stated that the main reason for this is that Pump.fun's revenues are highly sensitive to market activity. According to the report, higher market activity not only increases the platform's revenue but also creates a higher valuation multiple for $PUMP.
Blockworks Research estimates that by combining the three scenarios with probabilistic weights of 25% bear, 50% base, and 25% bull trend, the valuation range for $PUMP shares is $0.0108 to $0.0205.
This figure reflects a potential price increase of 2.3–4.4 times compared to the current price of $0.0037.
In the context of the analysis, the analyst also assessed that if market conditions deteriorate and activity on Pump.fun declines, the price of $PUMP shares could fall to the $0.0011–$0.0019 level. This represents a drop of 50–75% compared to the current level.
The analyst emphasizes that $PUMP shares are extremely sensitive to market conditions and could incur significant losses in value in a negative scenario.
