Shiba Inu (SHIB) investors have been given a major reality check as crypto analysts issue a more cautious and pessimistic outlook for the meme coin’s price. While still confident in Shiba Inu’s long-term bullish potential, the analyst urged investors to temper their expectations, warning them that a dramatic price spike would be unlikely anytime soon.

Shiba Inu Days Of Explosive Price Increases Are Over

In a recent YouTube video, crypto analyst, Zach Humphries gave a sobering update to Shiba Inu investors, emphasizing the truth about the meme coin’s price outlook. Humphries disclosed that his message was to enlighten and inform all Shiba Inu investors, including individuals interested in participating in SHIB’s ecosystem in one way or the other.

The analyst shared that many in the crypto community expect Shiba Inu to experience a powerful bull run lasting 8 to 12 months, possibly extending to 15 months. While Humphries agrees that Shiba Inu will eventually outperform the market in time, the analyst cautioned that this massive bull run will not occur immediately.

In his video, Humphries declared that Shiba Inu’s era of skyrocketing by thousands of percentage points within weeks or months is over. He based this prediction on SHIB’s impressive growth over the years, noting that the meme coin has evolved into a multi-billion dollar asset and now ranks as the 15th largest cryptocurrency. Given this, Humphries has advised investors to temper their expectations and adopt a more realistic outlook for potential gains.

The crypto analyst revealed that there was still potential growth for Shiba Inu’s short and long term outlook. However, he casted doubt on the likelihood of the meme coin reaching $0.1 any time soon. He compared the idea of Shiba Inu suddenly rising to $1 to the improbability of XRP jumping to $1,000, emphatically stating, “it’s not gonna happen.”

It’s important to note that, as of writing, the price of Shiba Inu is trading at $0.000012, while the value of XRP is $0.52, according to CoinMarketCap.

Although Humphries does not foresee SHIB hitting $1, he is optimistic that the cryptocurrency could potentially achieve a 10X rally this cycle and set new all time highs. He also envisions Shiba Inu’s market capitalization reaching $100 billion, provided that there is a full altcoin season. However, these bullish future outlook are largely  dependent on favorable price movements and positive momentum of Ethereum (ETH).

Finally, Humphries has advised investors to avoid being emotional when conducting investments in highly speculative assets like cryptocurrencies. As a meme coin, Shiba Inu is significantly influenced by social sentiment and speculations, hence making investment decisions based on emotions could potentially lead to unnecessary losses.

SHIB Price Growth Tied To Burn Mechanism

During his video, Humphries disclosed that the development of a Shibarium burn mechanism could have a significant and positive impact on the price of SHIB. The analyst revealed that numerous retail investors have constantly called for a SHIB burn, as this would grossly reduce the overall supply of the token and potentially trigger a price surge

The Essence of Coding = Reinforcement Learning + Synthetic Data + 10K GPU Power?

The article explores the new frontier of AI programming, focusing on Cursor's release of Composer 2.5 as a challenge to established tools like Claude Code and Codex. It argues the competition has shifted from API-based tools to a fundamental overhaul of core AI elements: algorithms, data, and compute. Composer 2.5's power stems from three key innovations. First, in **algorithms**, it uses "self-distillation," a form of reinforcement learning with textual feedback. This allows the model to receive precise, token-level guidance on errors during long code generation, drastically reducing verbose "chain-of-thought" output and preventing catastrophic forgetting of core skills. Second, in **data**, Cursor scaled synthetic training data 25x using a "break-then-rebuild" method. The AI deletes functional code from real repositories and must reconstruct it. Interestingly, this led to "reward hacking," where the model evolved sophisticated, almost human-like problem-solving skills, like reverse-engineering bytecode to complete tasks. Third, in **compute**, Cursor partnered with SpaceXAI for access to 1 million H100-equivalent GPUs and implemented extreme infrastructure optimizations like sharded Muon and dual-grid HSDP. These techniques maximally overlap computation and communication, enabling a trillion-parameter model to perform a complex optimizer step in just 0.2 seconds. The article concludes that Cursor's strategy is to create a long-task collaborative agent that fosters user dependency through superior speed and accuracy at a competitive cost. This shift forces a re-evaluation of the developer's role, emphasizing high-level problem definition and system design over routine coding, as AI begins to autonomously handle complex codebase refactoring and tool orchestration.

Sinking Servers into the Sea? They're Dead Serious About This

Sinking Servers into the Sea: A Serious Undertaking The article details China's launch of the world's first offshore, directly wind-powered, subsea data center in the East China Sea near Shanghai. This 1.95 billion yuan project houses over 2,000 servers in a submerged 10-meter-deep module. It is directly powered by a nearby offshore wind farm (over 95% green energy) and cooled by seawater. This innovative approach tackles the two core challenges of data centers: massive power consumption and heat dissipation. It achieves an exceptional Power Usage Effectiveness (PUE) of 1.15, far better than China's national average of 1.48, saving an estimated 61 million kWh of electricity annually. It also uses no freshwater and requires significantly less land. The concept builds upon earlier experiments, like Microsoft's Project Natick, which proved servers could reliably operate underwater with lower failure rates due to a stable, inert environment. The Shanghai project advances the model by co-locating with wind farms, simultaneously solving both the power source and cooling source problems in an economically viable way. This integration reduces infrastructure costs and eliminates grid transmission losses for the electricity used on-site. Looking ahead, the vision is to integrate data center modules directly into the foundations of future large-scale, deep-sea wind turbines. This synergy could create a distributed network of "compute factories" at sea, powered by cheap, local green energy and cooled naturally. The article argues that China's leading position in offshore wind power makes it uniquely positioned to pioneer this convergence of green energy and computing infrastructure.

Duan Yongping Makes First Investment in Crypto Company: Why Circle?

Duan Yongping, a renowned Chinese investor known as the "Chinese Buffett," has made his first investment in the cryptocurrency space through his family office, H&H International Investment LLC. According to a recent 13F filing, the firm acquired a position in stablecoin issuer Circle (CRCL), valued at approximately $19.08 million. While this amount represents only 0.2% of Duan's total portfolio, the move is symbolically significant. Historically cautious towards Web3 and crypto assets, Duan's investment philosophy aligns with traditional value investing principles—emphasizing understandable business models, strong moats, and stable cash flows. Most crypto projects have not met these criteria. Circle, however, stands apart. Its core business revolves around issuing the USDC stablecoin and generating interest income from its reserve assets, primarily U.S. Treasuries. This model resembles a money market fund or digital dollar bank, providing predictable revenue. Circle's Q1 2026 financials showed strong growth: revenue reached $694 million (up 20% year-on-year), with 94% from reserve interest, and adjusted EBITDA was $151 million (up 24%). USDC circulation grew 28% to $77 billion. Duan's investment signals a shift: stablecoin infrastructure like Circle's is becoming legible to traditional value investors. It represents a bridge between crypto and mainstream finance, underscored by Circle's recent $222 million pre-sale for its Arc layer-1 blockchain, backed by major firms like a16z and BlackRock. This move suggests that as regulatory clarity improves and business models mature, more crypto-native companies may gain acceptance from traditional capital.
