What is Rocket pool (RPL)

1. Project Introduction
Rocket Pool is a decentralized Ethereum 2.0 staking protocol. Built to accommodate various types and sizes of stakers, Rocket Pool allows anyone to stake as little as 0.01 ETH through a fully autonomous, decentralized network of node operators backed by RPL collateral. As the first of its kind in ETH2 staking pool protocols, Rocket Pool was initially conceived in late 2016 and has since undergone over five successful public tests throughout the ETH2 development lifecycle. Rocket Pool targets two main user groups: those seeking to unlock staking liquidity using rETH for DeFi, and users interested in staking ETH and running nodes to earn higher returns by also earning additional RPL rewards.
