Each request must include the investigation background and findings, the specific information, action and/or process sought, supporting documentation such as official letters of request, a cryptocurrency tracing report (if applicable) and contact details for the requesting authority. Requests must be in English, except for requests from law enforcement in China. It is important that all relevant wallet addresses, transaction hashes and other identifiers are provided in a copyable format (e.g. Excel). Incomplete or invalid requests may result in delays.
HTX reviews and cooperates in each request on a case-by-case basis, in accordance with its Terms of Use and applicable laws and regulations. HTX reserves the right to seek additional information where necessary to verify the legitimacy, scope, and legal basis of the request.
