Moody's: Tokenization opportunities exist in private capital and alternative investments

Golden Finance reported that Rajeev Bamra of Moody's emphasized the need to transfer assets to illiquid assets in pursuit of higher returns, and tokenization is one of the driving factors. Christoph Hock of Union Investment, a German asset management company, said that Generation Z desires more investment options. Citigroup Securities Services released a survey earlier this week exploring Moody's views. It emphasized the mismatch between sellers and institutional investors, with sellers believing that tokenization of listed stocks and public debt would be beneficial, while institutional investors believe that tokenization is attractive for private stocks and debt.
