According to Tom Wan, a 21co on-chain data analyst, the penetration rates of the following L2 Ethereum solutions are as follows: - Arbitrum: 1.85% - Optimism: 1.15% - Base: 0.25% In terms of reaching a "0.25% penetration rate," Arbitrum took about 9 months, Optimism took about 8 months, and Base took about 1 month.
