Adam Back Again Denies Being Satoshi Nakamoto

On May 4, Adam Back has been repeatedly asked the same question by various individuals in different contexts over the past few weeks: Is he the inventor of Bitcoin? His answer is a firm no. He stated that he is not and has clarified this for many years. Previously, The New York Times, through an analysis of early writings from the cypherpunk era in early April, named him the most credible candidate for Satoshi Nakamoto—an anonymous figure who published the Bitcoin white paper in 2008 and disappeared in 2011. A few weeks later, a documentary introduced two other candidates. In response, Back continues his previous stance: denying this attribution, explaining why people keep speculating about it, and then returning to his work.
