Crypto AI tokens AI16Z, ARC, and ZEREBRO surge – What’s driving the rally?

Crypto AI tokens were the top beneficiaries of capital rotation from TRUMP and MELANIA memecoins.

The segment pumped double to triple digits as President Trump’s family coins plunged, suggesting that some profitable investors reverted profits into the AI narrative. 

In fact, the AI agent subsector saw the most traction. Top AI agent frameworks like ai16z [AI16Z], AI Rig Complex [ARC], and Zerebro [ZEREBRO] posted 54%, 34% and 40% gains in the past 72 hours. 

More room for ai16z to fly?

That being said, Messari analyst Nick Garcia primed AI16Z as relatively undervalued with more growth potential.

Garcia argued that the AI16Z platform outperformed the rest of the AI agent frameworks on developer count and traction. He said, 

“By every metric, ai16zdao is by far the top open-source framework. Although its price has lagged, its GitHub stars, forks, and contributors have only accelerated.

He added,

It is only a matter of time until Mr. Market re-rates $AI16Z to its proper position.”

On the price chart, AI16Z had a massive discount sale after slipping below $1, presenting a great buying opportunity before the inauguration.

At press time, the AI agent was valued at $1.2, up 70% from the recent low of $0.80. The key short-term supply was at $1.6.

This suggests that an extra 40% gain could be logged if the price stays above the 50-EMA on the 4-hour chart. However, a drop below $1 could derail the recovery.
