In the dynamic blockchain sector, the Cardano network is being flagged as the most decentralized blockchain by several crypto analysts, with security being a major part of this assertion. However, the highly decentralized network has been called out for its lack of clear leadership.

Unclear Cardano Leadership Raises Concerns In The Ecosystem

Recently, a fresh debate has been raised around the Cardano network, particularly involving its leadership state. A crypto pundit and ADA enthusiast, Cardano Yoda, argues that the leading network is lacking clear leadership. Once again, the focus is on how Cardano strikes a compromise between decentralization and the requirement for unified leadership.

The pundit stated that in the past, the network was centered around the IOGs, the Cardano Foundation, and EMURGO, and its founder, Charles Hoskinson, was considered the leader. However, after the introduction of on-chain governance, the model evolved, breaking into two parts. These include DReps (governance decision-making) and Pentad (leadership and execution), which go hand-in-hand to produce a unified platform.

While DReps decide on Treasury spending, they also grant legitimacy to the strategy that Pentad offers because DReps are not coordinated. Since they cannot define the strategy and prioritize, on-chain governance is still dependent on the founding entities, indicating that the network remains strongly centralized in leadership and execution. These entities can offer their experience, knowledge, and expertise, but DReps will set the path from the ground up.

Revolut targets a $200 billion IPO just months after its $75 billion share sal

British crypto-friendly fintech firm Revolut notified investors that it was targeting a valuation of up ​to $200 billion in its stock market listing, the ‌Financial Times reported on Tuesday.

Europe's largest fintech firm recently said ⁠it would not seek a listing before 2028 ​and that it had not laid out any formal ​valuation targets, following a share sale in November last year which valued the company at $75 billion.

Revolut had ​discussed a potential valuation of $150 billion to $200 billion in ‌ ⁠a future initial public offering (IPO) with investors, according to the FT's report, citing sources familiar with the matter.

Media reports have also said that Revolut, which received a full U.K. banking license in March, is preparing for a secondary share sale in ​the second half ​of 2026, ⁠with expectations of a $100 billion valuation post sale.

Co-founder Nik Storonsky said in December that his ​stake ⁠would be worth about $80 billion in the company if it reached a $200 billion valuation.

In 2025, Revolut's pre-tax profit ⁠surged ​57% to 1.7 billion pounds ($2.3 ​billion), a smaller gain than the previous year's nearly 150% increase.

In March, Revolut also applied for a banking licence with the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency (OCC), which, if approved, would allow the London-based fintech to operate more like a traditional bank in the world’s largest economy.

While Revolut is targeting a record-breaking IPO, a source close to fintech said no formal valuation has yet been decided, according to FT.

Revolut did not immediately respond to a CoinDesk request for confirmation.

According to the analyst, the cryptocurrency’s overall outlook remains bullish, with every dip treated as a potential trigger for a fresh rally unless BTC reaches a level where its structure could completely break down.

Analyst Identifies Key Bitcoin Rebound Zones
A crypto analyst identified as “Swarmik” on X has presented a detailed Bitcoin forecast, identifying 17 price levels where upward reactions could occur. He described BTC’s outlook as strongly bullish, suggesting that any successful bounce from these lower levels is expected to drive Bitcoin back to its all-time high at minimum, with the potential for further upside.

Sharing a chart, Swarmik pointed to $70,931 as the first level of interest, describing it as a “Breaker Block” where buyers may step in to defend further breakdowns. If this level fails to hold, he identifies $68,931 as the next corrective area for BTC. He labeled this level as an “Imbalance Zone,” where price could find support and attempt a round.

If downside pressure continues, the next level is $66,638, referred to as a “Reversal Line,” where a potential price bounce could occur. Below that, the $64,491 price point is highlighted as a “Psychological Level,” suggesting an emotionally significant area where traders tend to react more strongly.
