The price fluctuated between $1.88–$1.93, briefly spiking before retracing back toward the lower part of the range. Despite the recent volatility, XRP has held steady above the $1.88 area.

According to CoinMarketCap, the 24-hour trading volume stands above $2.59 billion, down 19.84%. However, XRP’s market cap sits at $115.41 billion, up a modest 0.98%.

Performance-wise, XRP is down 3.6% over the past 7 days and 7.8% in the last 14 days, but it has shown a slight increase of 1.1% over the past 30 days. As XRP remains trapped in its recent range, traders will likely look for a breakout above the recent top at $1.93. Can XRP break this level?

Европейская комиссия заявила, что направит официальные уведомления 12 странам за неполную реализацию правил ЕС по налоговой отчетности в отношении цифровых активов.

В своем пакете мер по нарушениям, опубликованном в пятницу в январе, комиссия, которая является органом Европейского союза, ответственным за разработку законодательства и обеспечение соблюдения государствами-членами определенных законов и правил, заявила, что Бельгия, Болгария, Чехия, Эстония, Греция, Испания, Кипр, Люксембург, Мальта, Нидерланды, Польша и Португалия получат официальные уведомления «с требованием полностью внедрить новые правила налоговой прозрачности и обмена информацией в отношении криптоактивов».
