Solana continues to attract strong market attention as price action reflects a mix of liquidation-driven momentum and improving technical structure. The asset trades at $88.87, posting a 3.84% daily gain and a 6.39% weekly increase. Trading volume has surged past $6.1 billion, signaling active participation.

Analysts now focus on whether Solana can sustain its recent breakout or face another liquidity-driven pullback. The current setup places Solana at a critical point, where both short-term momentum and higher timeframe confirmation could define the next major move.

Liquidation Clusters Drive Short-Term Momentum

According to CW8900, recent price movement reflects aggressive liquidation activity across key leverage zones. The liquidation heatmap shows dense clusters below $81 and above $89.

Price repeatedly tested the lower range, triggering long liquidations before reversing sharply. This behavior suggests strong buyer absorption at lower levels.

Moreover, the push toward $90 cleared a significant number of short positions. Consequently, the upward move gained strength as forced closures added buying pressure. This pattern indicates that liquidity, rather than organic demand, fueled the breakout.

However, holding above $87 remains essential for continuation. A drop below this level could trigger a retrace toward $84, where the market may rebuild liquidity.

Cup and Handle Structure Signals Upside Potential

Additionally, CryptoJobs3 identifies a clean cup and handle formation on the 4-hour chart. The structure developed after a liquidity sweep below $80, where buyers regained control. The rounded base formed steadily, while resistance near $93 to $95 defined the rim.

Here’s why Morpho price rallied 12% today

Morpho price rallied to nearly $2 for the first time this year as a wave of institutional interest and new protocol upgrades lifted demand for the token.

According to data from crypto.news, Morpho ($MORPHO) price climbed more than 12% to an intraday high of $1.94 on Friday before easing slightly to $1.93 at press time, marking its strongest level so far this year.

There are four key reasons behind the latest move.

First, Morpho’s integration with Fireblocks has unlocked a fresh stream of institutional capital. The company rolled out its Earn product on April 15, giving over 2,400 clients the ability to allocate idle stablecoins into Morpho vaults. Given that Fireblocks processes more than $200 billion in monthly stablecoin volume, the tie-up creates a meaningful channel for liquidity to flow into the protocol.

Second, Morpho has widened its offering with the launch of Morpho Midnight, a lending system built around fixed rates and fixed durations. The product is geared toward traditional finance players who rely on predictable returns, which could help Morpho gain traction as backend infrastructure for credit markets.

Third, the project is making steady progress in the real-world asset space. The onboarding of Unified Labs as a risk curator for tokenized asset vaults signals its push into Asian markets. It also builds on earlier efforts to support loans backed by non-traditional collateral such as tokenized commodities, strengthening its presence in the RWA segment.

Fourth, rising institutional backing has added further support to the rally. Apollo Global Management is in the process of acquiring up to 90 million $MORPHO tokens over a four-year period, which accounts for roughly 9% of the total supply.

Chance Of Bitcoin Making New Lows Is Very Small
Bitcoin has spent months testing the patience of its holders since its all-time high of $126,000 in 2025. According to crypto analyst Sykodelic, there is a compelling case that the drawdown is done and that the probability of Bitcoin revisiting new lows at this point has dropped massively.

Sykodelic’s rationale leans heavily on the behavior of the Relative Strength Index (RSI) on the weekly candlestick timeframe chart. According to his analysis posted on X, Bitcoin has just printed a powerful bullish break on the weekly RSI, and what makes this particular reading extraordinary is not just where it bounced from but how low it got before doing so.

The weekly RSI has only fallen below 30 on three occasions in BTC’s history, with the most recent being Q1 2026. However, the RSI is now back into the normal zone, and it has broken above a descending trendline that touches lower highs. According to the analyst, this scenario means that the probabilities are now very slim for new lows of any kind.

The Bottom Signals Have Stacked Up
The RSI break did not arrive on its own. Sykodelic noted that multiple bottom indicators have converged simultaneously, a convergence he described as reaching a very high degree. According to him, about 12 important bottom indicators have fired, and Bitcoin is showing it here.
