Galaxy Digital cut its estimated probability of the CLARITY Act passing in 2026 to 10% on Friday. The research firm cited unresolved Senate disputes and a compressed legislative calendar after the August recess. The downgrade left U.S. crypto regulation facing another narrow congressional window.

The estimate matters because the bill would set federal rules for digital asset markets. It would divide oversight between the Securities and Exchange Commission and Commodity Futures Trading Commission. The bill also addresses stablecoin rewards, anti-money laundering controls, decentralized finance, and political ethics.

Sui price has been trading under significant selling pressure for quite some time, while bulls have managed to defend the support zone over the past few weeks. However, the selling pressure has intensified lately, dragging the token closer to its yearly lows. $SUI is now hovering near the crucial $0.65–$0.68 support zone, putting bulls at an important decision point. With the broader structure still favoring sellers, the key question is whether $SUI can hold this support and begin a recovery toward $1, or whether another leg lower is on the horizon.

$SUI has been under sustained selling pressure, with the recent breakdown below the long-term rising trendline further weakening the broader structure. After losing the $0.80–$0.90 support zone, the price has now moved toward the $0.65–$0.68 area, which is the key support zone on the chart. A strong reaction from this level could allow bulls to stabilize the price, while a decisive breakdown would signal further weakness.


The Open Interest is around $70.4 million, showing that traders continue to hold significant positions despite the decline, while the CMF at -0.15 points to continued selling pressure and weak money flow. If $SUI manages to defend the current support, the first recovery hurdle would be the $0.80–$0.90 zone, followed by $0.959 and eventually the $1 mark. For now, however, the chart remains tilted toward the bears until buyers reclaim the broken support levels.

$0.65–$0.68: Crucial support zone. Holding this area could allow $SUI to stabilize and trigger a recovery.

Trump Media Plans Crypto Treasury Revamp After $238M Q2 Loss

Trump Media planned to revamp its digital asset treasury after Q2 losses.

Unrealized crypto and securities losses reached $190.4 million during Q2.

Trump Media held about 14,139 Bitcoin by July 31.

Trump Media & Technology Group planned to overhaul its crypto treasury strategy after reporting a $238.1 million second-quarter loss. The company disclosed the strategy on Aug. 10 alongside its quarterly results, citing digital asset volatility and balance-sheet management.

The move kept Bitcoin at the center of Trump Media’s capital strategy despite large paper losses. It also shifted the company toward active treasury management through options, lending and other yield-generating arrangements.

Trump Media Reworks Its Digital Asset Strategy
The group reported $190.4 million in unrealized losses across digital assets, pledged assets and equity securities. The company said those losses formed most of its quarterly deficit, while Reuters reported revenue reached $1.7 million.

Management said the revised framework would preserve long-term digital asset exposure while managing volatility. It also planned to direct additional resources toward Truth Social, Truth+, and other media operations.

The strategy represented a shift from simply holding Bitcoin to managing it as treasury capital. That approach could generate income, but it also introduced additional liquidity and counterparty risks.

Trump Media’s second-quarter results also showed the scale of its financial exposure. The company reported about $1.9 billion in financial assets as of June 30, according to its earnings release.
