Prediction market odds for record crude prices weakened as U.S. emergency oil stocks reached a 43-year low. The Energy Information Administration reported the decline for the week ending July 10. Polymarket traders still assigned higher year-end odds than September odds.

The divergence mattered because crypto-based forecasting markets faced a direct test from physical commodity disruptions. Oil prices rose, yet traders resisted pricing another record above the July 2008 peak. That gap reflected caution around demand, reserve releases, and Hormuz shipping conditions.

After breaking out of a daily chart’s triangle pattern on the 15th of July, $ONDO appears to be shifting the market structure. The consolidation pattern has played out over the last two and a half months.

The breakout was initiated following a triple touch at the $0.30 support level.

Currently, the altcoin is forming a potential higher low (HL) at $0.34 but will be confirmed only if the altcoin’s daily candle closes above $0.40.

The MACD is also green, indicating a shift to bulls’ control. Moreover, the RSI Divergence indicator is at 64.71, reinforcing the buying activity. The two readings suggest further uptrend continuation, but hurdles exist.

These price hurdles are at $0.40 and $0.44, which were inside the triangle. Further resistance was at $0.48, which was the top of the triangle pattern.

The massive backing from the entities that are buying shows that bulls are likely to break these levels. Otherwise, if this prediction is not met, $ONDO may fall to $0.34 or $0.30, where the upside move began.

BONK explodes 11% but bears load up: THIS data says that the rally is a trap

Bonk [BONK] has led the memecoin market over the past day, posting a double-digit gain of more than 11%.

Currently, Bonk stands as the only memecoin to log this kind of surge as broader market sentiment recovers and Bitcoin edges closer to the $66,000 level.

Much of the move traces back to a jump in social mindshare, a metric that captures how much attention a token draws across social media platforms. Bonk’s mindshare has climbed to 8,680 at the time of writing, a 32% increase from the previous day.

The bullish past day tells only part of the story. Over the last 30 days, Bonk has fallen 31%, and on a year-to-date basis, it sits down 58% – losses that have already pushed the memecoin below the top 100 tokens by market capitalization.

Pump.fun has introduced BOOST Mode, which will become the default launch mechanism for all newly created Pump.fun tokens.
The upgrade is designed to solve the long-standing issue of "dead liquidity" that occurs during token migration. According to Pump.fun, more than $100 million in liquidity has historically become permanently locked each year, reducing the capital available to support trading.
Under the new system, locked liquidity will be recycled through an automatic buyback-and-burn mechanism.
Here's how it works:
🔹 After token migration, BOOST Mode automatically executes TWAP (Time-Weighted Average Price) buybacks.
🔹 Purchased tokens are immediately burned, reducing circulating supply.
🔹 17.6 SOL will be injected for SOL trading pairs, while $2,516 will be injected for USDC trading pairs.
🔹 The process begins within five minutes after migration and requires no manual action from users.
BOOST Mode applies automatically to all newly migrated Pump.fun tokens after 10:23 AM ET on July 21. Previously migrated tokens and tokens launched through the Mayhem platform are not included.
In my view, this upgrade could improve liquidity efficiency and reduce capital trapped in liquidity pools, although its long-term impact will ultimately depend on sustained trading activity and ecosystem growth.
