The company reported a net loss of $378.3 million for the quarter ending on March 31, a steep increase from the $138.8 million loss reported the same period last year. The loss of $1.52 per share was more than triple the analyst estimate on EPS of a 41 cents' loss.

The firm’s bottom-hit was mainly driven by a $224.1 million non-cash bitcoin fair value loss, reflecting market volatility.

Quarterly revenue reached $136.4 million, down 25% from $181.7 million year-over-year, the report revealed, missing estimates of $154.3 million.

Trump described the truce as being on "massive life support," increasing concerns over renewed tensions in the Middle East.Iranian officials responded by stating that the country's armed forces were fully prepared to react to any aggressive action. Tehran also reiterated demands for sanctions relief, restoration of oil exports, and recognition of its sovereignty over the Strait of Hormuz, one of the world's most important oil shipping routes.Oil prices stayed elevated amid fears of potential supply disruptions through the Strait of Hormuz. Rising crude prices limited gains in gold, as investors worried that higher energy costs could increase inflation and force the Federal Reserve to maintain higher interest rates for a longer period. Dogecoin is holding inside a fresh accumulation zone while analysts compare the current structure with earlier mini cycles that led to sharp rallies. A breakout above key trend resistance, supported by improving RSI and MACD signals, could shift attention toward the $0.6533 target.Dogecoin is trading inside a third accumulation zone, according to a chart shared by Bitcoinsensus. The setup compares $DOGE’s current sideways structure with two previous mini cycles that led to sharp upside moves.The chart shows $DOGE moving through repeated phases of sideways accumulation followed by strong rallies. The first marked accumulation phase came before a 190% move, while the second phase came before a 480% rally.

Bitcoinsensus asked whether the current accumulation phase could lead to another upward move. The latest yellow box marks “Accumulation 3?” near the lower part of Dogecoin’s recent range, where price has been moving sideways after a long pullback.

The chart also shows $DOGE trying to recover from a descending trendline that started after the late 2024 high. A break above that blue dotted trendline would strengthen the case for another mini cycle move.

The RSI panel adds another detail. Momentum has started to turn higher from a low area, while the RSI line moved back above its signal line. That shows early improvement, but $DOGE still needs stronger follow-through.

For now, the key question is whether Dogecoin can turn this sideways base into a breakout. If buyers defend the accumulation zone and push above the descending trendline, traders may look for a repeat of the earlier mini cycle structure.

White House says banks skipped stablecoin talks as CLARITY Act debate sharpens over rewards, yield, and payment rules.
A senior White House official has accused major banking trade leaders of refusing to join earlier talks on stablecoin rewards, escalating a dispute that has become one of the final pressure points ahead of the Senate Banking Committee taking up the CLARITY Act this week.

In a May 11 post on the social media platform X, Patrick Witt, executive director of the White House Presidential Advisory Committee on Digital Assets, said he had asked American Bankers Association President Rob Nichols and other bank trade CEOs to attend the February meetings aimed at resolving the question of stablecoin rewards and yield.

The criticism injected the White House more directly into a fight that has divided banks, crypto companies, and lawmakers ahead of a scheduled May 14 markup of the CLARITY Act.

The bill is designed to create a broader market structure framework for digital assets, but the treatment of stablecoin rewards has become a flashpoint over competition for deposits, consumer yield, and the future shape of dollar-based payments.

Witt’s comments also reframed the timing of the banking industry’s objections. Rather than a new technical concern emerging before a committee vote, the White House official cast the dispute as an unresolved issue that banking leaders had an opportunity to address months earlier.
