Перед публикацией отчета о прибыли Strategy приостановила еженедельную покупку биткоинов, поскольку инвесторы внимательно следят за убытками компании и устойчивостью ее механизмов финансирования.

Решение компании приостановить покупку биткоинов за несколько дней до публикации отчета о прибыли подчеркивает ее нынешнюю ориентацию на рынки капитала, а не на разработку программного обеспечения.

Председатель совета директоров Майкл Сэйлор заявил в воскресенье, что компания приостановит покупку на этой неделе и возобновит ее на следующей. Это уже вторая приостановка в программе накопления биткоинов компании в этом году.

Приостановка происходит перед публикацией отчета о прибыли за первый квартал во вторник. Аналитики ожидают роста выручки, но также прогнозируют бухгалтерские и финансовые издержки, связанные с биткоинами, что приведет к убыткам. Выручка, по прогнозам, составит около 125 миллионов долларов, что выше показателя в 111,1 миллиона долларов за тот же период прошлого года, но прогнозы убытков на акцию сильно различаются среди аналитиков.

Accumulation by long-term Bitcoin holders, buying by institutional investors and a strengthening technical structure could fuel BTC’s price rise to $95,000 or higherBitcoin (BTC) rose as much as 2% over the past 24 hours to an intraday high of $81,300 on Tuesday. This brings the weekly and 30-day gains to 5% and 21%, respectively.

This rally was accompanied by buying from long-term holders, who have added more than 330,000 BTC over the past month, according to data from CryptoQuant.
