If you've reached a specific trading volume or are holding a certain asset balance on HTX, we're pleased to offer you a dedicated account manager, along with an array of exclusive benefits and campaigns. To access these services and benefits, we recommend contacting your dedicated account manager if you are a Prime 6 or above user.
Reminder:
- Dedicated account managers are currently available to users with Prime 6 or higher levels. You won't see the entrance to dedicate account managers if your Prime level is below 6.
- Contact our customer support team for assistance if you have a Prime level below 6.
This guide will help you make your first contact with your dedicated account manager on HTX.
How to contact your dedicated account manager via the HTX app?
Step 1: Tap your avatar in the top right corner of the homepage to enter the My page.
Step 2: Tap My Account Manager to access the chat interface.
Step 3: Start chatting with your dedicated account manager.
How to contact your dedicated account manager via Telegram?
Step 1: Open the Telegram client,
- For existing users, add @HTX_KA_Support (https://t.me/HTX_KA_Support)
- For newly registered users, add @AmberHTX(https://t.me/AmberHTX)
Step 2: Send them your UID, name, and Prime level, and they will provide you with the contact details of your dedicated account manager.
