Regarding the current uptrend, the cryptocurrency analyst believes it may eventually continue, predicting that prices could peak between $77,000 and $78,000 due to better liquidity in this price range.

 Aside from this liquidity rush, there seem to be no other signs that Bitcoin's price has entered a bull market. Even after the liquidity rush, the next step after the price increase is expected to be a decline, potentially triggering a pullback of up to 20%. As the analyst explained, this pullback could... cause the price to fall back into the $54,000 to $56,000 range.

If this trend does occur, and the price does indeed fall to such a low, it could mean that the digital asset will set a new cycle low. The daily chart continues to show a long-term downtrend. $BTC is trading inside a descending channel and below both the 100-day MA (~$75k) and 200-day MA (~$87k). The $75k–$80k resistance band remains the primary ceiling as it has rejected every recovery attempt since the February crash. Both moving averages are declining as well, which is a sign that the broader trend has not yet turned.

That said, the RSI has been trending higher since the February lows and is now hovering above 50. This indicates that the momentum is still dominated by buyers, but only marginally. The support area at $60k continues to be the most important level buyers need to defend, as a breakdown could push the price toward the $55k area. On the other hand, a push above $75k-$80k on strong volume would be the first meaningful signal that the trend is shifting.
