What is Basenji (BENJI)

I. Project Introduction

Benji Bananas is a physics-based mobile game launched in 2013 as a casual and accessible arcade title to appeal to a broad audience. Since its launch, it has continued to have a strong user base, amassing over 50 million downloads across the Apple App Store and Google Play Store.

$BENJI is the core of the play-to-earn system being added to Benji Bananas. Players will be able to earn BENJI Tokens when playing the game, and these tokens will be swappable for other fungible tokens in the Animoca Brands ecosystem (including SAND, REVV, TOWER, GMEE, QUIDD, PROS, and BONDLY). The core utility on launch for $BENJI is the swap function, pairing this asset with other liquid ERC-20 tokens. In order to earn $BENJI, players must obtain a Benji Bananas Membership Pass NFT, which is necessary in the Benji Bananas’ play-to-earn system.
