As the momentum surrounding the Telegram ecosystem continues to accelerate, Toncoin is currently outperforming a significant portion of the cryptocurrency market, including Solana. With price surging through resistance zones on aggressive volume, $TON has transformed from a slow-moving infrastructure project into one of the market's strongest trend assets.

The line separating crypto derivatives from traditional finance has all but dissolved, and the two markets are now so intertwined that perpetuals, once a purely crypto instrument, could soon be as much a stock trading product as a crypto one.
That's the core takeaway from the panel “Digital Asset Derivatives: Building Ecosystems and Establishing Opportunities” at Consensus 2026 in Miami this week. Krista Lynch, senior vice president of ETF Capital Markets at Grayscale; Mike Harvey, head of Franchise trading at Galaxy and Griffin Sears, head of derivatives at FalconX – three executives from different market lanes – all converged on that same point, with the case grounded in working infrastructure rather than hype or vision.

Harvey made a bold expression of where that convergence leads. "There has been a lot of talk about tokenized equities, and within the next two or three years, the volume of offshore traded equity perps will be greater than crypto perps," Harvey said.

Perps, a short for perpetual futures, are a type of derivative widely used in crypto markets, especially on offshore unregulated exchanges. They are similar to traditional futures, but with one key difference: they don't have an expiration date. As the name suggests, you can hold the perpetual contract forever.

The company has formed a strategic partnership with BVNK, a global provider of stablecoin payment infrastructure. The setup lets customers access fiat-to-stablecoin conversion for pay-ins, payouts and checkout, without directly handling crypto.

Moreover, the integration supports stablecoin account top-ups, allowing users to add stablecoins to their PayDo balance. The funds are then automatically converted to fiat in a single transaction.

It also enables merchant stablecoin payouts. Users can send outgoing transfers by automatically converting their fiat balance into stablecoins in one transaction, while merchants can accept crypto payments through their website and settle the funds into their PayDo account in fiat.

These features move PayDo closer to a unified, all-in-one financial ecosystem. The goal is to combine a wide range of services inside one financial dashboard.

However, PayDo does not custody crypto. All stablecoin transactions are automatically converted to fiat, which keeps the process within a regulated framework and reduces the need to manage crypto compliance directly.

The move also strengthens the company's position in stablecoin business payments and related cross border payments use cases, where speed and interoperability matter most.

That said, the benefits are likely to be most visible for customers operating in cross-border, high-volume and time-sensitive environments. In those settings, traditional systems can be slow and inefficient.

The cross-border tokenized US Treasury transaction using blockchain and banking rails builds on an earlier pilot in which the same fund moved between a public and permissioned blockchain.Wall Street bank JPMorgan and credit card giant Mastercard said they have completed the first cross-border, cross-bank redemption of a tokenized US Treasury fund, working with Ripple’s XRP Ledger and interbank settlement rails.

The pilot transaction involved blockchain tokenization platform Ondo Finance redeeming the US Ondo Short-Term US Government Treasuries (OUSG) fund for Ripple on the XRP Ledger. Mastercard’s Multi-Token Network then routed the settlement instructions for JPMorgan’s blockchain platform, Kinexys, to deliver US dollars to Ripple’s Singapore bank account.

“For the first time, a public blockchain and global banking infrastructure settled a cross-border transaction of a tokenized fund together in real time,” Ondo Finance said Wednesday.
