Could a Bullish Signal Finally Have Emerged for Dogecoin (DOGE) Crypto analyst Ali Martinez shared critical price levels regarding the technical outlook of Dogecoin ($DOGE) and Bitcoin ($BTC).

Martinez noted that the TD Sequential indicator gave a bullish signal on Dogecoin's monthly chart. According to the analyst, this signal emerged around the time the $DOGE price approached the key support level of approximately $0.056.

Martinez stated that if Dogecoin holds the $0.056 support level, the price could initially recover towards $0.16, while indicating $0.45, located at the upper limit of the rising channel, as a broader-term target.Related News Expert Opinion: "Bitcoin Is in a Very Critical Zone, Caught Between Two Fires" On the Bitcoin side, the analyst argued that the $63,800 level should be closely watched, and if this area holds as support, $BTC could experience a rebound towards $67,000.

Conversely, Martinez noted that if Bitcoin loses the $63,800 support level, selling pressure could intensify, with the next downside target being around $60,000.

At the time of writing, the $BTC price is trading at $64,065, while the $DOGE price is at $0.06990.

The firm is also looking for court approval for a $52 million sale of its Texas mining properties.

The bankruptcy filing comes nearly four years after Poolin froze customer withdrawals, leaving thousands of wallet users with IOU tokens and turning a mining business failure into a long-running creditor dispute.Court records filed in the US Bankruptcy Court for the District of New Jersey show Poolin listed between 10,001 and 25,000 creditors, with petition assets estimated between $1 million and $10 million.

Chief Restructuring Officer Michael DuFrayne’s declaration placed prepetition obligations at about $173.1 million, with roughly $163.7 million tied to unsecured IOUs issued to Poolin Wallet customers.The company’s current bankruptcy case is focused on selling its Texas assets rather than rebuilding its mining operations. Lonestar Dream stopped mining and hosting activities at its Pyote and Tarbush sites on July 10, according to the filing documents.

Poolin has entered asset purchase agreements with Thor CALAP LLC for a combined $52 million stalking-horse bid. The offer includes $15 million for the Pyote property and associated power rights and equipment, plus $37 million for Tarbush power rights and equipment. The deal remains subject to competing bids and court approvals.

Will the crypto industry survive the new EU sanctions tool?The European Union (EU) has widened its sanctions targeting Russia by banning Justin Sun-owned HTX and 13 other crypto platforms.

The platforms span the United Arab Emirates (UAE), Panama, Georgia, the Marshall Islands, Kyrgyzstan and Belarus. They include BitPapa, A7 networks and more.According to the EU Council, these platforms have acted as conduits for blocked Russian entities to move funds and bypass existing sanctions. The transaction ban prohibits EU persons and firms from doing business with these crypto platforms.

In particular, Justin Sun-owned HTX’s appearance on the sanctioned list is very noteworthy. The exchange was banned by the U.K in May.To counter possible freezing of funds, HTX moved its reserves to an unknown third party and has been switching hot wallets, making it difficult to conduct sanction screening.

However, the EU’s aggressive action to ban crypto services in a third country could exert more pressure and signal an evolution of crypto in sanction enforcement. Russia resorted to crypto for oil exports and other international trade after being sanctioned and subsequently removed from SWIFT. It fast-tracked its crypto regulatory framework during this period.

Crypto’s touted non-sovereign status made it a popular alternative to move funds for most sanctioned countries. In fact, Venezuela and Iran also went the same crypto route to bypass Western sanctions.

However, the EU’s new ability to ban offshore platforms, a third country, or even cut off an entire regional bloc, will likely become an effective regulatory pressure. According to Chainalysis,
