According to data from crypto.news, Ethereum ($ETH) price was trading around $1,922 at the time of writing, up roughly 0.6% on the daily chart but still unable to turn its July recovery into a clean breakout.
The token has spent several sessions consolidating below $2,000 after briefly reaching the $1,970–$1,980 area earlier in the week. Sellers repeatedly appeared near the upper end of that range, preventing $ETH from challenging the psychological threshold.
The daily chart places immediate resistance near $1,938, an area that previously acted as support in February and March. Ethereum’s latest candles have formed directly below that level, suggesting buyers and sellers are waiting for a stronger catalyst before taking control.

As of July 30, BitcoinTreasuries ranked Bitcoin Standard Treasury Company fifth among public companies, displaying 30,021 $BTC worth about $1.9 billion.

Its live profile labels the amount “$BTC Holdings” and “Bitcoin Reserve,” although the transaction documents describe the coins as contributions intended for a corporate treasury that has not closed on its announced terms.

The picture changed on July 8. Cantor Equity Partners I (CEPO), a publicly traded SPAC, and BSTR scrapped the deal’s original terms and began discussing a new structure.

The increase suggests that more people and businesses have begun actively using the network to move funds. Notably, rising transfer volume usually points to stronger network activity, as it shows that stablecoins are changing hands more often instead of sitting idle in wallets.

Such activity can improve liquidity across the ecosystem, support decentralized finance applications, and encourage developers and institutions to build on the $XRP Ledger.

It also confirms the network’s role as a blockchain designed for payments and tokenized assets, as higher transaction activity shows growing real-world use.
