How TRON's Post-Quantum Upgrade Can Help You

The blockchain is adding new NIST-compliant cryptographic signatures to protect wallets and transactions. It works by allowing wallets to create new post-quantum key pairs and use these more secure signatures to sign transactions.  This upgrade is expected to use ML-DSA (FIPS 204) as the primary standard and SLH-DSA (FIPS 205) as a backup.

In the early stages, TRON may employ a hybrid signature mechanism, where network nodes simultaneously verify existing ECDSA signatures and the new post-quantum signatures. This maintains compatibility while providing users with stronger security. The main trade-off is file size, as post-quantum signatures are significantly larger than ECDSA, around 2-4 KB, while ECDSA is 64-70 bytes.

Such a rebound suggests that investors still consider the current price area an attractive buying zone.

A Collapse Could Trigger Larger Losses

However, Martinez warns that if Cardano closes below $0.243 on a daily basis, it would signal a significant structural failure in the Cardano price trend.

If the support level is breached, market confidence could weaken, triggering a larger pullback.  In this scenario, ADA's stock price could fall to a yearly low near $0.10, a 58% drop from the key price level.
