XRPL Validator Says XRP Will Lead New Wave of DeFi

XRP Ledger validator Vet has argued that XRP is set to lead the next phase of decentralized finance (DeFi).

In a post on X, Vet stated that traditional DeFi still has "a long way to go" before replacing traditional finance. Meanwhile, he believes XRP is built to drive a more sustainable transition.

According to him, the XRP protocol's design is better suited for high-value financial use cases, particularly those aiming to replicate or replace core TradFi systems.

He pointed to deliberate design choices within the XRP Ledger that prioritize stability over aggressive yield opportunities. In his view, these trade-offs make the network more robust for financial applications, even if they limit some of the upside seen in other ecosystems.

A crypto analyst has mapped out over a dozen price levels where Bitcoin (BTC) could find support if selling pressure picks up. The analysis covers a wide range of potential landing spots, from above $70,000 to deep into the $30,000 range. According to the analyst, the cryptocurrency’s overall outlook remains bullish, with every dip treated as a potential trigger for a fresh rally unless BTC reaches a level where its structure could completely break down.

Analyst Identifies Key Bitcoin Rebound Zones
A crypto analyst identified as “Swarmik” on X has presented a detailed Bitcoin forecast, identifying 17 price levels where upward reactions could occur. He described BTC’s outlook as strongly bullish, suggesting that any successful bounce from these lower levels is expected to drive Bitcoin back to its all-time high at minimum, with the potential for further upside.

Sharing a chart, Swarmik pointed to $70,931 as the first level of interest, describing it as a “Breaker Block” where buyers may step in to defend further breakdowns. If this level fails to hold, he identifies $68,931 as the next corrective area for BTC. He labeled this level as an “Imbalance Zone,” where price could find support and attempt a round.

Official documents still show Phase 7 trading is underway at a price of $0.014, and the main website also shows the $OZ sale is in progress. The documents also state that each phase will only end after its quota is reached.

On the dashboard, the Ozak AI presale shows a current price of $0.014, with the next phase being the listing, a target price of $1.00, 1.17 billion ounces sold, and $6.8 million raised.

The discrepancies in the information sources are obvious:

The official account says Phase 7 is still underway.

The X account is currently still running a 4-week countdown promotion, with the second week already launched and featuring an "$8 million flash sale 3x" promotion.  ICO Drops currently lists the project as "launched 21 days ago."

This is why there's constant confusion in searches related to ICO Drops or OZ token launches.

The most likely answer is timing. ICO Drops may be using the countdown event as a launch signal rather than an actual token launch or trading. This is just speculation, not an official statement from ICO Drops, but it aligns better with their official FAQs.

The FAQs state that buyers will receive redeemable tokens during the sale period (i.e., shortly after the sale ends). Furthermore, official channels will announce trading pairs and launch times 7 to 10 days before the event.
