The annual ranking is determined based on the average of the last three years.In Israel, the average for the past three years has been 7.187, with the figure from 2023 - after the Hamas terrorist attack on October 7 - reflecting a dramatic decline to 21st place in the world. Since then, in 2024 and 2025, Israelis have returned to the world’s top ten, and the score itself has also increased from last year, although in an international comparison, Israel remains in eighth place. Active addresses jumped 56% week-over-week to roughly 18,400 daily. That is a genuine demand signal. But price has deteriorated faster than those fundamentals justify. The evening star at the 200-day EMA confluence is hard to dismiss regardless of what the network activity shows.

The levels are clean. $230 is the immediate line. Lose it on a daily close and selling pressure accelerates toward the $210 to $225 support band, roughly 13% lower from here. To flip the narrative back to bullish, ZEC needs to reclaim $300 with sustained volume. Above that, analyst targets stack between $318 and $375.
If buyers defend $250 and open interest stabilizes, the falling wedge structure reasserts itself. One model puts a near-term target at $289.20 by March 22, implying roughly 8.6% upside if the zone holds. That requires broader privacy and mid-cap market conditions to cooperate.

Most likely scenario is sideways consolidation between $243 and $268 while the market digests the Fed decision and geopolitical headlines. A 51% rally in two weeks needs time to breathe regardless of direction.

The danger signal is a daily close below $240 with volume confirmation. That opens the $210 to $225 band and suggests the wedge recovery has failed entirely. Institutional longs are not rushing back in yet based on derivatives data. The burden of proof sits with the bulls.

Now, Gemini is searching for a new path forward—exploring ventures like prediction markets. However, this pivot has already sparked controversy, including a lawsuit from an investor.

As expected, a section of the community sympathized with those affected by the AF layoffs and the disrupted livelihoods. 

However, one user pointed out that the AF spent $100 million last year and yet, saw no meaningful impact.

He added, 

Using macro uncertainty as cover for doing this feels piss weak. Love the tech. Hate the leadership. Same issues as always. No liquidity. No users. No funding. No mindshare.

According to the AF transparency report, it spent about $12 million as of September 2025 after selling 66.4 million ALGO tokens. Its overall expenditure has been around $18 million per year, covering even staff, which includes 65 employees. 

However, the critic was right about lagging chain activity. Its stablecoin liquidity has been declining alongside DeFi activity, as shown by the TVL (total value locked) drop. 

Since last year, DeFi activity has dropped by half, slipping from $80 million to below $40 million. In fact, the chain’s fees have been hovering below $50 throughout last year. 

Meanwhile, ALGO

was down about 10% and traded at $0.088 at the time of writing, amid a broader pullback following de-risking linked to traders’ caution after the Fed rate decision.
