Ethereum Supply In Loss Moves Back Into Focus

The key data point is Glassnode’s $ETH supply in loss chart, which tracks the amount of Ethereum supply held below its on-chain cost basis. When this number rises sharply, it means more coins are sitting at an unrealized loss, often after a steep market reset.
That makes the current reading important for traders watching whether Ethereum is entering another capitulation-style zone. The comparison with the post-FTX period is especially sensitive because November 2022 marked one of the harshest sentiment resets in crypto’s recent history. Back then, forced selling, exchange fear, and widespread investor losses helped form a painful but ultimately important market base.

BTC Prophet: 20-Day 380 Million HTX Challenge


Moody's Ratings is rolling out its credit ratings to Solana (SOL), allowing issuers of tokenized bonds and other fixed-income securities to embed the firm's assessments directly into blockchain-based assets.

The move, announced Wednesday in partnership with Solana-focused tokenization specialist Alphaledger, expands Moody's Token Integration Engine (TIE) to a major public blockchain after its first deployment earlier this year on the institutional-focused Canton Network (CC).

The move builds on a pilot project completed last year, when they demonstrated how municipal bond ratings could be attached directly to tokenized securities on Solana.

New Android Malware targets PINs, OTPs, and Cryptocurrency Wallet CurrencyCybersecurity researchers have uncovered a dangerous new Android malware strain that poses a significant threat to smartphone users, worldwide. According to an analysis conducted by cybersecurity firm Zimperium, the malware is capable of stealing sensitive information such as device PINs, one-time passwords (OTPs), banking credentials, and even funds stored in cryptocurrency wallets.

The malware, known as Rokarolla, has been identified as a highly sophisticated threat that gives cybercriminals extensive control over infected devices. Security experts warn that once a smartphone is compromised, attackers can gain access to a wide range of personal and financial information, potentially leading to identity theft, unauthorized transactions, and significant financial losses.

One of the most concerning aspects of Rokarolla is its ability to execute as many as 137 malicious remote commands. These commands allow hackers to remotely manipulate infected devices, monitor user activity, intercept communications, collect sensitive data, and carry out fraudulent activities without the victim’s knowledge. Such capabilities make the malware particularly dangerous for users who store banking information or cryptocurrency assets on their smartphones.

Researchers have observed the malware spreading through applications that impersonate popular services and apps, including TikTok and Google Chrome. Unsuspecting users may be tricked into downloading infected versions of these applications from unofficial sources, believing them to be legitimate. Once installed, the malware quickly begins its attack sequence.
