Instead of warning me, please contact HTX customer support and ask why I have been misled for months.
Why was I repeatedly told that a senior specialist would contact me, yet no meaningful response has ever been provided?
For more than 7 months I have been trying to resolve this issue. I have completed every authorization request, provided all requested information, and patiently waited for updates. However, I am still receiving the same promises without any actual resolution.
I respectfully request a clear, honest, and transparent explanation regarding my case.
