The unsold inventory will only lead to a loss in the balance sheet that will reflect badly on Tesla stock. “Record surge in unsold vehicles adds to free cash flow woes,” he wrote in a note to clients.The EV manufacturer also produced 50,000 more cars than it sold during the last quarter. The only option to get them sold is to provide further discounts, but this would again eat into its profits. Therefore, in both ways, the company remains vulnerable as free cash flow remains grim. Its competitor, China’s BYD, is expanding across the EV sector, making it harder for Tesla to hold its ground. All of these are defining factors that are weighing Tesla stock down in the charts.

After 21 hours of continuous talks in Islamabad, Pakistan, the U.S.-Iran peace deal broke down on April 12, 2026. Financial experts said that this will now trigger a market crash once the market opens on Monday.

And Crypto will take the hardest hit. Early signs of weakness are already visible, with Bitcoin and Ethereum both slipping around 1.5% today.

U.S.-Iran Peace Talks Fail

In a recent press release, U.S. Vice President JD Vance announced that the peace talks between the U.S and Iran failed to reach an agreement, saying Iran had “chosen not to accept our terms.” The sticking point was non-negotiable for Washington.

Vance stated that the U.S. needed “an affirmative commitment that they will not seek a nuclear weapon and will not seek the tools that would enable them to quickly achieve a nuclear weapon,” calling it the core goal of President Trump’s entire negotiation strategy.

Within hours of the announcement, President Trump took to Truth Social, declaring that Iran was “unwilling to give up its nuclear ambitions” and ordered the U.S Navy to immediately begin blockading the Strait of Hormuz.

However, the collapse also puts a fragile two-week ceasefire at risk, increasing fears of further escalation.

Rising Pressure To Dump Stock Market

With diplomacy failing, traders are now pricing in conflict risk.

At the same time, bonds are being sold, yields are rising, the dollar is weakening, and liquidity is tightening.

The Federal Reserve has also raised its 2026 inflation forecast to 2.7% as oil stays above $100, and hopes of rate cuts are fading. This leaves central banks with limited options to support the economy.

Bitcoin is trading at $72,330 on April 13, pressing the upper trendline of a 4H ascending channel that has been building since the late March lows near $65,000. Spot Bitcoin ETF inflows of $786 million last week, led by BlackRock’s IBIT at $612 million across five trading days, provide the structural demand backdrop for the move.

Bitcoin ($BTC) price is trading at $72,330 on April 13, up 0.65% on the 4H chart, as it presses the upper trendline of an ascending channel in place since the late March lows near $65,000. The MA ribbon reflects the recovery: SMA 20 at $72,056, SMA 50 at $70,980, SMA 100 at $69,060, and SMA 200 at $69,877 are all stacked in order beneath current price, consistent with a recovering trend structure. The 4H MACD histogram reads at -107.94, still negative but trending less so across recent sessions, indicating momentum is improving rather than reversing outright.

Ascending Channel Tests Upper Boundary With Bullish SMA Ribbon Below

The 4H chart shows Bitcoin constructing a textbook ascending channel since the late March lows, with consecutive higher lows building from the $65,000 zone as the MA ribbon progressively curled into a bullish order. The upper boundary of the channel aligns with the $72,600 session high printed April 13. The annotated $70,000 level sits near the channel’s lower boundary and has acted as the structural floor throughout the move.


The negative MACD histogram at -107.94 adds a layer of caution: the session is recovering but the 4H momentum cross is not yet confirmed to the upside, meaning a sustained push above $72,600 would need volume to back it. Price has recovered from the Sunday gap-down triggered by the collapse of U.S.-Iran peace talks and President Trump’s Strait of Hormuz blockade order, which briefly pressured Bitcoin to $70,741 at the Monday open.
