SpaceX targets June 11 IPO pricing, picks Nasdaq for historic market debut
Elon Musk’s SpaceX is preparing to launch what could become the largest initial public offering ever recorded, with the rocket and satellite company expected to price the deal as early as June 11 and list on the Nasdaq exchange, sources familiar with the matter told Reuters on Friday.

According to news organization, citing three people with knowledge of the discussions, SpaceX has moved up its IPO schedule and now plans to make its prospectus public as soon as next Wednesday. The company is targeting the start of its investor roadshow on June 4 and could begin trading as early as June 12.

Therefore, revenues for Micron will keep flowing until 2030, with tech titans depending on memory, which acts as the primary function in data centers. High-bandwidth memory, constant supply of energy, fiber cables, and high-density racks are the most important products for data centers to function. Bitcoin price surged toward $82,000 as STRC’s Bitcoin buying cleared $1 billion in daily trading volume.
Bitcoin price extended its rebound on Thursday as a landmark U.S. crypto bill cleared a key Senate hurdle and Bitcoin‑linked credit products logged fresh milestones. Bitcoin price traded near $81,400 with intraday highs around $82,000, up more than 3% over the past 24 hours on more than $1 billion in spot trading volume.

The Senate Banking Committee advanced the Digital Asset Market Clarity Act on a 15–9 vote, with Sens. Ruben Gallego of Arizona and Angela Alsobrooks of Maryland joining all 13 Republicans. The bill, known as H.R. 3633, seeks a federal framework for digital asset trading, stablecoins and intermediaries, splitting oversight between the SEC and CFTC and setting registration, disclosure and compliance rules for exchanges, brokers and custodians.

Chair Tim Scott described the markup as a turning point after years in which crypto firms faced a “regulatory gray zone” under rules built for earlier markets, and framed the bill as a way to keep innovation inside the United States while tightening controls on criminal use of digital assets. Sen. Cynthia Lummis, who leads the committee’s digital assets panel, called the Clarity Act the hardest bill of her career and “a case of first impression” for fitting new software‑based assets into existing financial law.

Ranking Member Elizabeth Warren led the opposition and argued that the bill weakens securities protections, preempts state anti‑fraud rules and lets banks build large crypto exposures, which she linked to pre‑2008 risk patterns.

Gemini Stock Jumps After Winklevoss Twins Make $100M Bitcoin Bet on Company Future

Cameron and Tyler Winklevoss announced a $100 million Bitcoin-funded investment into Gemini alongside a Q1 earnings report showing 42% year-over-year revenue growth.
Cameron and Tyler Winklevoss made their boldest statement yet about Gemini Space Station’s future: a $100 million strategic investment into their own company, funded not with cash but with Bitcoin. 

The announcement, paired with a first-quarter earnings report that showed 42% revenue growth year-over-year, sent GEMI shares climbing more than 20% in after-hours trading Thursday night.

Gemini (NASDAQ: GEMI) reported total revenue of $50.3 million for the quarter ended March 31, 2026, driven by a surge in services and OTC revenue. Services and interest income jumped 122% to $24.5 million, while credit card revenue climbed 300% to $14.7 million. The net loss narrowed to $109 million, an improvement from the $141 million loss recorded in the same quarter of 2025. Shares closed at $5.26 on Wednesday before the earnings release, then hit $6.33 in extended trading — representing a gain of over 20%.

Shares were up over 30% this morning before settling at the time of writing. The headline move, however, was the Bitcoin-denominated investment. Winklevoss Capital Fund purchased 7.1 million shares at $14 per share — nearly triple the stock’s recent market price of around $4.92. 

Tyler Winklevoss, the company’s CEO, said in a statement: “We believe the market has significantly undervalued Gemini, and that this investment will allow us to set up the company for its next phase of growth.” 

The $14 entry price, paid in Bitcoin, signals the twins’ conviction that both the company and the flagship digital asset have room to run.

In fact, according to data analytics firm Arkham Intelligence's data, the country might have sold $1 billion worth of bitcoin since July 2025.

Wallets attributed to Druk Holding and Investments (DHI), the kingdom of Bhutan’s sovereign wealth fund, have moved approximately $207 million in bitcoin out this year alone to various exchanges and trading firms, per Arkham's data.

Holdings in the Arkham-tagged wallets have dropped from roughly 13,000 $BTC in October 2024 to around 3,100 $BTC on Friday, worth $252 million as of Friday evening India time. The outflows have accelerated through 2026 to the point that Arkham estimates Bhutan will have sold all its remaining bitcoin by October if the current pace holds.
