The latest excitement in the Cardano ecosystem comes from crypto analyst Eilert, who revealed that Grayscale could potentially launch a dedicated Cardano ETF, referred to as “GADA,” before October 23, 2026.

According to the analyst, the SEC’s approval of new generic listing standards for spot crypto ETFs has created a much smoother path for future launches. Under the updated framework, a crypto asset must first complete six months of CME futures trading before becoming eligible for a spot ETF review process.

Cardano ETF 2026 Launch Timeline

August 9, 2026 — $ADA becomes eligible for the streamlined ETF approval process after completing six months of CME futures trading. CME $ADA Futures officially launched on February 9, 2026.
SEC’s 75-Day Review Window: Under the SEC’s Generic Listing Standards (Rule 19b-4), approved in September 2025, the review process for standard commodity-based ETFs is limited to a maximum of 75 days.
Possible ETF Launch Deadline — October 23, 2026: If Grayscale or NYSE Arca activates the filing on August 9, the SEC would have until October 23, 2026, to issue a final decision on the Cardano ETF.
The possibility of a Cardano ETF has quickly become one of the strongest bullish narratives surrounding $ADA, especially as institutional demand for regulated crypto products continues to expand.

Grayscale Increases $ADA Exposure

Adding more fuel to the bullish outlook, Grayscale Investments has once again increased its Cardano holdings inside its Smart Contract Fund.

JPMorgan has reclassified JPMorgan AI investment as core infrastructure, treating its $2bn annual budget as non-negotiable as cybersecurity. The world’s largest bank has moved its AI spending out of the discretionary innovation category and placed it alongside data centers, payment systems, and core risk controls inside its $19.8bn total technology budget for 2026.

CEO Jamie Dimon said the investment has already self-funded through $2bn in operational savings across more than 150,000 employees, adding a 10% to 11% productivity gain in engineering, operations, and fraud detection.

The reclassification is not symbolic. When a bank of JPMorgan’s scale treats AI as a non-discretionary cost on par with fraud detection infrastructure, the signal moves downstream to every other financial institution in its competitive set.

CFO Jeremy Barnum confirmed that modernization spending has peaked and the bank’s investment is now shifting toward products, platforms, and AI integration as a baseline operating cost rather than a special project.

Recently, Dogecoin’s [$DOGE] price was at the risk of facing a setback after weeks of upward momentum. However, the $0.088 support level was defended throughout April, and $DOGE managed to rally past $0.10 from this support.

AMBCrypto had warned that $0.117 was the 78.6% Fibonacci retracement level, and could see a sustained bearish move. However, over the past 24 hours, the leading memecoin gained by 4.5% after briefly descending from $0.117 to $0.105.

Will the higher timeframe downtrend take control in the coming days? Or is this a sign that the bulls have overcome the rejection and may be ready to make new highs?

The book gained significant popularity and earned Lowery both fans and critics across the Bitcoin industry, but was later taken down from distribution by Lowery at the request of his superiors. An event that suggested to some that the book might have something important enough that the U.S. military wants to keep it quiet.
