At the moment, BTC is trading around $77,500, and traders seem far more focused on rising Treasury yields than on who is leading the Fed.

The US 2-year Treasury yield has climbed to 4.14%, its highest level since February 2025. Historically, rising short-term yields signal that markets expect the Fed to keep monetary policy tight for longer — and that’s usually bad news for risk assets like crypto.
According to CME FedWatch data, traders are now even pricing in the possibility of another 25bps rate hike before the end of the year.
That changes the entire narrative.
Bitcoin thrives when liquidity flows into risk assets. But when government bonds start offering stronger “safe” returns, capital tends to rotate away from speculative markets.
So while Warsh may be crypto-friendly, macro conditions are still dominating sentiment.
Right now, the market is asking one big question:
