Bigg Digital Assets to Acquire Metaverse Company TerraZero for About $20M

On August 25th, cryptocurrency company Bigg Digital Assets announced that it will acquire all issued shares of metaverse company TerraZero, totaling 62 million shares, for approximately $20 million USD. The final acquisition agreement has been signed. After the transaction is completed, existing shareholders of BIGG and TerraZero will hold approximately 80% and 20% of the shares, respectively. In Q1 and Q2 of 2023, TerraZero's total revenue is approximately $1.5 million USD, a year-on-year increase of 161%. TerraZero plans to expand its business in the second half of 2023, focusing on developing its proprietary scalable Intraverse technology ecosystem, which will be launched in Q1 of 2024.
