Macro conditions such as the Fed's interest rate hikes and geopolitics continue to have a significant impact on venture capital decision-making, and many companies are holding large reserves of funds. Infrastructure projects raised $279 million in 24 transactions in July, followed by DeFi, which raised $140.1 million in 19 transactions.
