Starknet mainnet has been officially upgraded to version 0.12.1

On August 21st, it was announced that the Starknet mainnet has been upgraded to version 0.12.1. This upgrade marks the end of quantum leaps for the Starknet mainnet. Previously, invalid transactions wasted valuable sorter resources without paying fees. With this upgrade, a validation phase has been added before sorting to filter out invalid transactions as early as possible. Failed transactions will have a REVERTED status and will be included in the block and pay fees.
