The Mantle Network community is discussing whether the BIT tokens held by FTX should be automatically converted to MNT

On August 18th, the Mantle Network community of Ethereum Layer2 network is releasing a proposal for discussion on whether FTX's BIT tokens should be automatically converted to the new token MNT. The proposal suggests suspending the current migration contract and implementing a new contract to restrict FTX. The proposal was written by community member Cateatpeanut, who pointed out that due to various disqualifying factors, the bankrupt FTX's BIT tokens should not automatically qualify for conversion and there is no guarantee of the right to migrate from BIT to MNT. According to the proposal, the on-chain migration contract has been suspended, awaiting discussion results and subsequent voting.
