Any recruitment of “unofficial promoters” via chat groups or offline/online meetings is fraudulent. Scheme Two: Fraudsters lure victims into transferring funds under the guise of “task-based cashback.” Scheme Three: Fraudsters trick users into downloading counterfeit apps to steal personal information or funds.
