Musk seeks to end $258 billion 'dogcoin' lawsuit

Musk asked a U.S. judge on March 31 to dismiss a $258 billion lawsuit. Musk's lawyers said the investor never elaborated on how Musk intended to deceive others and how he hid the risks. The lawyers said it was not illegal to tweet supportive comments or funny pictures about a legitimate cryptocurrency. In June last year, a "dogcoin" investor filed a lawsuit against Musk and his companies Tesla and Space Exploration Technologies, claiming $258 billion. Dogcoin was originally created as a joke, but its price has been driven up and down by Musk.
