Moonbirds founder wallet hacked, 25 Chromie Squiggles stolen

01/26 00:59

Kevin Rose was hacked for 25 Chromie Squiggles, an Autoglyph, and other NFT’s totalling $1.5m. Here’s how he was hacked from a gasless signature, a feature of Opensea and Seaport, and how you can be protected. Seaport is the protocol powering Opensea. It uses EIP712 for every listing, a standard for off-chain signatures coauthored by our very own. Each Opensea listing is a signature outlining what will be spent and received by each party.
