Tornado Cash Developer Alexey Pertsev to Remain in Jail Until at Least Late Februrary

According to Coindesk, A Dutch judge has ruled that Tornado Cash developer Alexey Pertsev remains in custody in Amsterdam for 90 days. Dutch authorities arrested Pertsev in August after the US sanctioned Tornado Cash for alleged money laundering and use by North Korean hackers, and Pertsev's appeal was rejected in September, forcing him to serve his sentence in prison until 22 November. He will now be held until at least February 2023.
