OpenSea supports X2Y2 to enforce royalties on all collections

Previously, X2Y2 disclosed on Twitter that the NFT market will enforce royalties on all collections. OpenSea responded in support of X2Y2's approach and stated that it has removed X2Y2 from its OperatorFilter blacklist.
