NEAR to release Phase2 slice in 2023, deliver Phase3 slice in 2024

NEAR released the protocol roadmap for 2023 to 2024, NEAR will release two phases of slice and some important features in the next two years, Phase2 is planned to be released in 2023 and Phase3 slice will be delivered in 2024. Some of the features covered in the roadmap include meta-transactions, zero balance accounts, Secp256r1 secret keys, global storage, running wasm within wasm, etc.
