According to Coindesk, video game retailer GameStop (GME) plans to end its relationship and its pilot gift card marketing partnership with FTX.US, after the crypto exchange filed for bankruptcy protection. The two firms announced their partnership in September to promote interaction between the gaming and crypto community, and said certain GameStop stores would carry FTX gift cards. Shares of GameStop was up about 5% on Friday.
