SEC Commissioner Peirce: A more transparent crypto regulation system is needed

According to Bloomberg, SEC Commissioner Hester Peirce said: “The questions around lack of jurisdictional clarity are partly our fault.” She also believes that a more transparent system surrounding cryptocurrency regulation is needed.
