WonderFi completes acquisition of Blockchain Foundry

Blockchain Foundry Inc, a North American blockchain development firm, announces that the Company has closed its previously announced plan of arrangement under the Business Corporations Act (British Columbia), pursuant to which WonderFi Technologies Inc. acquired all of the issued and outstanding common shares of the Company.
