Fintech operator to raise £10M for acquisition funding

According to Law360, fintech operating company Eight Capital Partners has announced that as part of its transformative growth strategy, the company will raise £10 million through a rights issue (a total of 50 billion new shares found at a price of 0.02 pence in the US). Eight Capital Partners’ board said they will use the funds raised to focus on investing in fintech, DeFi and “potentially” cryptocurrency banking.
