Cosmos Hub 2.0 white paper has started voting on the chain

The revised white paper previously released by Cosmos Hub has opened for on-chain voting. The governance proposal of this vote aims to use ATOM as the preferred collateral within the Cosmos network, and promote the transition of the Cosmos Hub as an infrastructure service platform to the next stage. The voting deadline is November 14, and it can only be passed when the quorum exceeds 40% of the total number of votes. The current turnout rate is about 8.71%, and more than 92% of users agree with the proposal.
