StarkNet will launch a second testnet on Goerli and release a call for named proposals in the community. The purpose of this new testnet is for developers to test their apps in a less congested and noisy environment. The proposal states that the current testnets are called "Goerli1" and "Goerli2", but there must be a better naming system. Naming system should have a theme, but there may be more in the future has names that are uniquely identifiable.
