According to CoinDesk, EOS Network Foundation, AlphaNonce and other blockchain venture capital firms have signed a memorandum of understanding to invest $100 million over three years to build a blockchain ecosystem in Busan, South Korea's second largest city. The city of Busan, South Korea, has signed a partnership agreement with Huobi and has established a collaborative relationship.
