Fed's Harker: will maintain rate hikes for a while, by the end of 20222, the federal funds rate could be well above 4%

The Fed's Harker said it will keep raising interest rates "for a while"; it needs to see inflation continue to fall before it can change its policy outlook; future Fed rate action will depend on economic data; by the end of this year, the federal funds rate could be well above 4 percent; GDP could be flat this year and grow 1.5 percent next year.
