US Fed, FDIC accuse Voyager Digital of 'false and misleading' insurance claims

The US Federal Reserve and the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC) issued a joint cease-and-desist letter to crypto firm Voyager Digital over claims regarding depository insurance. The letter demands “that the crypto brokerage firm Voyager Digital cease and desist from making false and misleading statements regarding its FDIC deposit insurance status and take immediate action to correct any such prior statements,” per a press statement.
