Ethereum core developer Tim Beiko said on a July 14 conference call that the implementation date for the merged upgrade of Ethereum’s consensus algorithm migration to PoS is expected to be September 19, and the community has no objection to its proposed timeline. However, ethereum developer superphiz.eth explained that September 19 has not yet been finalized, but only as a prospect (tentative date) for the plan.
Earlier news, the third and final testnet merger Goerli is expected to take place next month.
